We also, from time to time, have "Guest" flours and free recipe printouts in store.
Occasionally, we have a bread machine on to offer a free taste of
some freshly baked bread with some of our favorite flours.

Cereals
Jumbo and regular, milled for texture and flavour, ideal for biscuit and confectionery products that require a firm bite and open consistency. Regular oats are a very versatile wholegrain cut oat flake ideally suited to uses in porridge, muesli, flapjacks, cakes, biscuits, cereal bars, bread coatings, cheesecake bases and much more besides. Jumbo oats are used extensively in flapjack, confectionery, bread, cereal bars, muesli, granola and traditional porridges.
The Glebe Farm Gluten free are available as Granola, Muesli and Oat Milk.
